Coconut tree can be found in tropical places and it is cultivated in moist, froist-free climates and it is more abundant in Southeast Asian countries.

Coconut tree has many uses. Its coconut milk from a mature coconut is used to make Virgin Coconut Oil or VCO that can help prevent and treat minor ailments. The coconut oil is used as massage oil and as hairdressing. The coconut milk use in baking goods and candies if shredded or flaked. The copra or the dried meat which is consist of 60% oil is used in making soap, margarine, lubricants, cooking fat, cosmetics and my other products. The solid part left after the oil is removed from the copra which is the coconut cake is used in making cattle feed and fertilizer. While the coconut juice is a nutritious drink most especially for those people who have kidney problems because coconut juice is highly alkaline. The fiber from the coconut husk is used to make brushes, mats, cordage and packaging material for plant, while in other countries the coconut husk is used as floor polisher. The shell is used for ladles and cups, and is polished and ornamented into souvenirs, accessories and decorative objects. The young leaf shoots can be eaten as salad. Sweetish fluid called toddy, the sap is fermented into an alcoholic beverage or into vinegar. The leaves of the trees are used to thatch roofs and to make hats, baskets, brooms, and fans. And the trunk is used for posts, canoes, rafters, and fences. The ribs of the leaves are used for spears, arrows, and torches.
